Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding our network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA).

This subcontractor role is project-based, offering flexible hours while collaborating with our national team on projects across the United States. You will perform onsite inspections, collect data, and write professional reports in accordance with ASTM standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (walk) and collect data.
• Prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Support multiple projects for Phase I ESA and PCA.
• Collaborate with our approved Subconsultant Network on projects.
