Blew & Associates is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. This subcontractor role involves on-site inspections and written reports for projects nationwide, with flexible, project-based hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of ESA/PCA experience, strong technical writing, and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while traveling to job sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.
