Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and PCA. You will conduct onsite inspections and write reports for projects nationwide as a subcontractor in the commercial real estate due diligence space.

This role suits experienced assessors seeking flexible, project-based work with a reputable national firm and potential for future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines).
