Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to perform Phase I ESA and PCA assessments as a subcontractor for projects nationwide. You will conduct onsite inspections and prepare professional reports in line with ASTM and industry standards.

This role offers flexible, project-based work with a reputable national firm and potential for future full-time opportunities as our project load grows.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (“walk”).
• Prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Collaborate with our Subconsultant Network on projects across the United States.
