Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA).

This subcontractor role involves on-site inspections and report writing for projects nationwide. You will work within our approved Subconsultant Network, performing field walks, preparing quality reports to ASTM standards, and managing multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (walk) and prepare professional reports.
• Work within the Subconsultant Network and support projects across the United States.
