This subcontractor opportunity suits experienced assessors seeking flexible, project-based work alongside a reputable national firm.You will conduct on-site inspections, compile technical reports to ASTM standards, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong writing skills; able to complete full reports independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (walk) and prepare professional reports.
• Write reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
