Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA).

This subcontractor opportunity offers flexible, project-based work across the United States, with on-site inspections and professional reports prepared to ASTM standards. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of ESA/PCA experience, strong report writing, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and willingness to

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines).
