Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA).

This subcontractor role involves on-site inspections and professional report writing for projects across the United States, collaborating with our full-time team. Ideal candidates are experienced assessors seeking flexible, project-based work with a reputable national firm, with travel to job sites and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections and prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Partner with our Subconsultant Network to support Phase I ESA and PCA projects nationwide.
• Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and deliverable on time.
