Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA). This subcontractor opportunity offers flexible, project-based work with a national firm across the United States.

You will perform onsite inspections and write professional reports in accordance with ASTM standards, suitable for experienced assessors seeking flexible engagement with potential for future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of Phase I ESA and/or PCA experience.
• Strong technical writing and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities
