Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or sales in environmental/industrial services.
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance, remediation, and emergency response markets.
• Ability to build client relationships and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• CRM experience and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for recurring revenue.
• Lead business development in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Develop tailored proposals and marketing campaigns with ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Promote SDR program to enhance client responsiveness and satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
