Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level territory-based sales representative to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and teams. You’ll receive extensive training to succeed in both one-on-one and group presentations across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio; plan and meet sales targets.
• Manage weekly schedule and report activity to the sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
