Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and resell to existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
