Job summary

ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved antibiotic, and is building a national sales team to support this launch. This Territory Sales Representative role offers a full-time entry into pharmaceutical sales with hands-on training and mentorship.

You will promote the product to healthcare providers, develop territory plans, and travel within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (sales experience helpful).
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
