Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to actively prospect and close sales in a defined territory in Washington. You will call on small and medium-sized businesses, engage decision-makers, and present Altitude's insurance solutions in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

You will train in virtual classrooms and on-the-ground in your territory, with weekly draw pay, bonuses, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Responsabilités

• Call on small to mid-size businesses in assigned territory.
• Meet with owners/decision-makers and present insurance products.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business.
• Coordinate with sales manager on monthly/quarterly goals and quotas.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own working hours and report weekly to management.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
