Altitude Development Group in Utah is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to cover your own sales territory. You will hit the pavement, make cold calls to business owners, and present our competitive insurance solutions to win new accounts and expand the footprint in your market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain with licensing reimbursement.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re-serviced.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss and set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
