Allegiant Business Group, in a Local Territory, seeks an entry-level Sales Representative to meet business owners and employees in person. This is an outside, independent contractor role with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential.

You'll learn our sales playbook, deliver clear benefit presentations, build relationships, and grow your own book of business while receiving hands-on training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required — we hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Licensing support; aim for Life & Health general lines license within 90 days.
• Independent contractor status; freedom over schedule and business-building.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments with decision-makers.
• Deliver clear benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with claims guidance.
• Track activity and leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Set weekly and monthly goals with mentor guidance.
