Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to work in a local territory, meeting business owners and employees in person. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-ground learning, and a path to a long-term sales career with a structured training program.

You'll learn to present benefit options clearly, build long-term client relationships, and guide clients through coverage choices while earning based on results.

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (we use Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
