Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Record daily activity and contribute to team targets and sales planning.
