Qualifications

• Background check cleared (pre-employment).
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners; re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
