Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to enter the dynamic field of outside direct sales. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and ongoing support, with no prior sales experience required.

You will target small and mid-sized businesses in your territory, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, including presentations for groups of 50–100+ when needed.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience; near-degree candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Meet with sales manager and team on calls/meetings.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
