Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales representative to grow our territory by meeting business owners and decision-makers. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support as you promote supplemental insurance products to businesses and employees.

You’ll utilize Salesforce to generate leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings while building your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background considered if within 6 months of degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers; present products to groups of 50–100+.
