Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined entry-level sales professional to join our outside direct sales team. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services, with training provided.

No prior experience required, but a dedicated, resilient attitude helps. You\'ll use Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings, and grow your client portfolio while earning commissions and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Have an active driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Hold an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or be willing to obtain one.
• Bachelor\'s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (within 6 months of degree completion considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local business owners.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
