Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; training provided.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Present product showcases to groups of 50–100+ attendees.
• Set and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage weekly schedule and report activity to manager.
