Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers in your assigned territory. You’ll perform cold calling, set up face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

As part of a collaborative, growth-focused team, you’ll build a personal book of business, track metrics daily, and work with leadership to set monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Outside sales in your assigned territory with face-to-face meetings.
• Call on small and medium-sized businesses and decision-makers to offer insurance products.
• Build and maintain your book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily and track progress with the sales team.
