In this role you’ll meet with business owners and employees to present high‑quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one‑on‑one consultations to group presentations, and build a growing local client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum four years of relevant work experience.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to succeed in sales.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and grow your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients’ insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and reservice existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your personal client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit updates weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at day end.
