Training is provided to support newcomers and experienced reps alike. You’ll work in a structured environment with your own territory, attend team calls, and build a client portfolio with ongoing support from a sales manager.

Qualifikationen

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license with provided study course and reimbursement of state licensing fees.

Aufgaben

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
