Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a motivated, entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive outreach to small and medium businesses and introduce supplemental insurance solutions. You will receive extensive training, schedule autonomy, and opportunities to advance while engaging decision makers and presenting to groups of 50–100+.

The role emphasizes direct engagement, territory growth, and arranging meetings, with ongoing coaching and support.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background) will be considered within 6 months of degree.

Responsibilities

• Utilize their customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and working hours; submit weekly schedule to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates daily.
