Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new book of business in a Kentucky territory. You will cold-call, visit businesses, and present supplemental insurance products to owners and benefits managers.

Training is provided, with a focus on fast onboarding, targets, and growth within a supportive team. You will operate in a dynamic field-sales role, meeting clients directly, managing your portfolio, and collaborating with the sales manager to

Qualifications

• Requires pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years relevant sales/work experience

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales to own territory and new business acquisition
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries
• Develop relationships with local business owners and re-service existing clients
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team
• Maintain weekly schedule and submit updates to manager
• Record daily sales activity and performance metrics
