Job summary

Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive new business across assigned markets. You’ll hit the pavement, cold-call, meet decision-makers, and present Altitude's insurance solutions to clients.

This role emphasizes independence and teamwork, with training, weekly pay draws, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as you build your book of business in a fast-paced sales culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• This is an outside sales position in your own assigned territory.
• Call on small and medium-sized businesses, meeting with owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Conduct product presentations to groups of 50–100+ employees when needed.
• Respond to client emails and calls; set follow-up appointments to review needs.
• Build and maintain your own book of business; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.

Education
