Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (sales background preferred).
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Develop a new book of business by visiting businesses in person and meeting decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Build and manage your own sales territory and track activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
