Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to cover a defined Colorado territory. You will hit the pavement, meet with business owners and decision-makers, and present Altitude's insurance solutions to win new accounts.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, scheduling, and building a personal book of business with training and performance-based advancement. A license in Health & Life is expected or will be reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a book of business.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses and meet decision-makers in person or virtually.
• Schedule follow-ups and present Altitude's insurance solutions.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
