Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners in your territory. You will do cold calling, set face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement provided).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to set your own schedule and cover a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general emails and phone inquiries from clients.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review needs.
• Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with the sales team or manager.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing reservice.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet with the sales team manager to discuss monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit to your manager weekly.
• Follow up on leads and balance cold outreach with warm leads and appointments.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
