Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to actively drive sales in your assigned territory, engaging business owners and decision-makers with Altitude's insurance solutions. You will hit the field, set appointments, and close deals while balancing cold outreach and warm leads.

You will work with a team that trains you in sales techniques, with weekly pay draws, bonuses, and opportunities for promotion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines or able to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional outside sales experience (4+ years).

Responsabilités

• Outside sales in your own assigned territory, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients for re-servicing.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
