Job summary

Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to actively sell supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses in your assigned territory. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, conduct in-person presentations, and drive sales from cold leads to closed deals.

Training is provided via virtual classrooms and hands-on territory coaching, with weekly pay draws, bonuses, and incentive trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life producer or ability to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Willing to obtain Health & Life producer license and drive within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own assigned territory to call on small and medium businesses.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Give product presentations to employee groups up to 50–100+ people.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs and close sales.
• Build and maintain your book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
