Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative for an entry-level role focused on introducing supplemental insurance solutions to SMBs. You will participate in comprehensive training and engage in both one-on-one and group presentations, reaching decision-makers and large audiences of 50–100+.

The position emphasizes independence, growth, and a dynamic daily routine. You will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, and expanding your personal portfolio

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales team and manager.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Work with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
