Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious entry-level territory-based sales representative to drive the introduction of optional supplemental insurance solutions to business proprietors and their teams.

You will undergo comprehensive training, manage your own schedule, and travel to engage small and medium-sized businesses, delivering product showcases to groups of 50–100+ people. The role blends personal outreach with presentations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background check at a high level is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided at no cost.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience, or relevant sales/athletic background within 6 months of degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule to manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates daily.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in related field
