Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise seeks an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to join our outside direct sales team in the Texas area. You will target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products.

Training is provided, with a focus on building a durable client portfolio and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. The role offers weekly draw pay, commissions, and additional incentives, with healthcare benefits after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or near completion).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
