Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or <4 years with relevant sales/athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
