You will undergo a comprehensive training program and gain autonomy to manage your own schedule while expanding your client base within your territory.

You’ll handle both one-on-one meetings and group presentations, respond to inquiries, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets, with a draw pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• High-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

• Develop leads and clients using Salesforce CRM within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.

• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily sales activity and stats.
