Expect a mix of one-on-one meetings and group presentations, with room to grow in a supportive, ambitious team. You’ll manage your own schedule, travel within your territory, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets while enjoying

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; degree within 6 months considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to the manager.
• Record daily sales activity.
