Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs of prospects.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
