Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated entry-level territory-based sales representative to reach out to small and medium businesses and introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions. You will receive comprehensive training and have the autonomy to build your own client portfolio.

You will utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and deliver product showcases to individuals and groups of 50–100+.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager; record daily activity.
