Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring an entry-level Territory Sales Representative focused on introducing top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to local businesses. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure success, with opportunities to work autonomously and manage your own schedule within a dynamic territory.

You will engage decision-makers and deliver product showcases to groups, while building a client portfolio and advancing within a supportive sales team.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager; record daily activity.
