Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level salesperson for an outside direct sales role. You will target small and medium-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products.

We provide comprehensive training and support to newcomers and seasoned professionals alike, with a culture centered on discipline, growth, and independence. Expect to set and meet monthly and quarterly targets in your dedicated territory.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; relevant sales/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Meet with sales manager and team for scheduled calls and meetings.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and hit targets.
