Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new territory and build a client portfolio. You will meet with business owners, use a CRM to manage leads, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets alongside a collaborative team.

You will receive comprehensive training, a draw plus commissions, and incentives. A valid license in health & life insurance is required or obtainable with company support, along with a driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales role in a new territory.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• License in Health & Life Insurance Producer in your state (or willing to obtain; study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience or relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person visits to SMBs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and client records.
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers and close new accounts.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and referrals.
• Record daily sales activity and progress toward targets.
