Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to businesses in your assigned territory. You will pitch our insurance solutions to owners and decision-makers, manage your own book of business, and work within a supportive team that values initiative and goal attainment.

You will receive training, a draw pay structure with commissions, and opportunities for advancement as you build your client base and meet defined targets.

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience, with consideration for near-degree candidates.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own assigned territory and meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Prepare and present product pitches, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads and referrals.
