Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach and grow our insurance solutions among local business owners and decision-makers. You will manage your own territory, conduct cold calls, schedule face-to-face meetings, and present tailored options to clients.

You will receive hands-on training, weekly pay with bonuses, and clear paths for advancement as you build a lasting book of business in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license, licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of professional outside sales experience
• Experience in outside sales and ability to manage a territory independently

Responsibilities

• Call on small/medium businesses in assigned territory to offer insurance products and services
• Set follow-up appointments and deliver product presentations to owners/managers
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets
• Collaborate with team and leadership and submit sales metrics daily
