Job summary

Altitude Development Group seeks an entry-level Territory Sales Associate to drive growth by reaching out to local businesses with our supplemental insurance solutions.

You will prospect, cold-call, and present to owners and decision-makers in your assigned territory, while training in our virtual classroom and on-the-ground outreach.

This role rewards proactive self-starters who can build a personal book of business, with weekly draws, bonuses, promotion potential, and a family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Health & Life license or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• Proven ability to build relationships with business owners.
• Comfort with cold calling and face-to-face presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales in your assigned territory, meeting with business owners.
• Call on small and medium businesses and present insurance solutions.
• Schedule and deliver product presentations to groups 50–100+.
• Manage own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity regularly.
