Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach for our health and life insurance solutions. In this role you will cover your own territory, call on business owners and decision-makers, deliver presentations, and close opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• License in Health & Life or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses face-to-face with decision-makers.
• Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients and set follow-up appointments.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Attend product presentations with groups of 50–100+ people when needed.
• Manage your territory and schedule, balancing cold calls with warm leads.
