Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to own and grow a defined sales territory. You will independently manage your day, call on small to mid-sized businesses, and present Altitude's insurance solutions to owners and decision-makers. Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience.
• Candidates within 6 months of degree completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing your sales territory with full autonomy.
• Building and nurturing relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conducting cold calls and in-person meetings to present Altitude's offerings.
• Identifying client needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas.
